Shopping Online

STEP 1.

Click on the product that you are interested in.

1. Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.

2. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “BASKET” button.

You can also add the product you are interested in to the “Wish list” and purchase it at another time.

STEP 2

  1. In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the “x” on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.

STEP 3

  1. Once you are done with your selection, click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
  2. Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an “*” You will be prompted to enter your (customer) information and billing information. Click the next button and choose a billing address and/or enter a different shipping address.
  3. Enter any additional shipping instructions for us to accommodate at the time of shipping. Click the next button and choose from the shipping options provided.
  4. Again, click next and review your order details, customer information, shipping information and billing address.
  5. Finally, click next to enter your credit card (payment) information, your name as it is displayed on your credit card and the expiration date. Click next to complete your order and upon completion of your order, a confirmation number will be provided.

 

Please note that you can update your order quantity, view cart details, and calculate shipping by clicking on the options provided in your cart.

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping for NO extra fee. During checkout you will be able to ask for the item to be gift wrapped. 

Yes, you can. During checkout you will be able to provide a message if you like. 

If you do not see the item, it is sold out, please look for similar or other item in the respective category.

Repairs and Custom Orders

Yes, however it will be an approximation, the final quote will be after the assessment of the repair work.

It depends on the repair. On average it takes about a week for repair but it could take less time. It is highly recommended that you contact us to get an accurate estimation on time. 

Yes, we specialize in custom-made necklaces, earrings, nameplates, and bands.

Yes we do. The order will be processed once 20% of the total cost is deposited. You can proceed by creating an account. 

Yes, engraving usually takes about 3-4 business days to complete, depending on the amount of the work needed to be done.

Yes you can. If you purchased the ring from us (Taj Diamonds Inc.), we will resize the ring for free. However you will have to pay for the shipping charges.

Shipping, Return & Exchanges

It will vary on distance. We hand ship each order from our store in New Jersey. However, we do Overnight shipping on any item if purchase is made before 12pm on the desired shipping date. Extra fees may apply. Please look at the Shipping Policy for more details.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. 

You can get an estimate when purchasing the merchandise in the checkout window but to give you an idea, Registered shipping fee starts from $30 and Express shipping fee starts from $40. However, we offer free shipping on any gold items purchase of $1000 and over, and free shipping on silver items of $350 and over. 

Unfortunately once the exchange period has passed, no exchanges will be allowed.
